Well, what can I say? I'm a stroke survivor who has suffered from depression ever since I can remember. Now, if this wasn't bad enough, it has all recently been complicated further by the arrival of my baby daughter!
I'm not a big talker, so have created this blog as an outlet for venting about all of the issues that come with stroke disability, mental health issues and being a parent.
